Beautiful Ocean Productions was founded in 2002 by writer Amy Lamare as a means through which to produce her projects.

In the summer of 2007, Ms. Lamare launched the Media division of Beautiful Ocean Productions with her well regarded and popular football site Gridiron Goddess.

She will be launching an entertainment and celebrity culture blog, The Snarkstress in early August 2007.
